Emil Koniecko
Managing Director
Emil Koniecko is the managing director at ESNY. He has extensive background in management, construction development, finance and real estate.
He is responsible for the daily inflows and outflows of the firm. Emil has a proven management track record and over 10 years of experience driving growth in the construction development industry.
Before joining ESNY, he was an executive developer at Greenwood Design managing multi-million dollar projects such as high rises, luxury hotels and multi-family residential/commercial buildings nationwide. Prior to that, Emil worked at Morgan Stanley in the investment management emerging markets division. He received his bachelors degree in Finance at The Ohio State University, and a minor in real estate development. He is certified in Construction Management Association of America (CCM) and Executive Development Program (EDP) from Wharton University of Pennsylvania.
When out of the office, Emil enjoys being out on the water, golfing and playing tennis being that he was a former athlete at The Ohio State University.
